Spotless and modern hotel with outstanding view of the garden. Favourable location in Newbury, short walk to road / transport links, the shared areas such as the restaurant, and even dragonflies. Also, by a golf course. Excellent and 

i stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a very comfortable stay. its location was marvellous and stunning to newbury racecourse.

It's a 1st class hotel, the staff are very efficient and the breakfast is gorgeous. Good for celebrating birthday, I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with amicable staff on in breakfast & bar service and decent sized rooms. A sofa set and an iron in the room, stunning location. Particularly nice view of the garden from the window.  

Stunning location in general, really efficient and responsive staff who seemed like managers. And it was also right by a lovely golf course with a great spa as well as road/transport links.

The breakfast was warm and really tasty with almost cremated black pudding; the staff was pleasant. Marvellous location to the bar area where the barman said he 'd reserved seats for us in a particular area was a plus.  

All good — we loved this hip new hotel — the food was good and the staff were friendly professional and responsive.

It was a nicely presented hotel, nothing to complain about, recommend. The place was reasonably clean with a service-oriented and professional staff who seemed like managers.

The location is fabulous, offering a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly reception to the bar and restaurant staff who couldn't do enough for me. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well facilitated,

The breakfast options are good hot with great quality foods, pastries plus smoked salmon. The services are exceptional, including a very clean pool. You'll find a bar in the lobby.

The staff were very polite people from Reception to the waiters and bar staff, and the location was excellent. We ate at a top-notch restaurant for dinner.

Nice and ideal position with a terrace onto a nature Japenese garden, in the very relaxing area. Service-minded staff who seemed like managers, well-equipped room. Nice bedrooms and lovely pool.

Absolutely fantastic and pleasant place with consistently courteous staff on in breakfast & bar service. Decent sized & new-fashioned rooms with a lovely view, fab shower, as for instance.
